Women’s Group Littleton

Led by Susan Vallier, MA, LPC & Meghan Kusiak, MA, LPCC

Support and be supported while learning coping skills and building self worth.

We will define and tap into emotions based on Brene Brown's 'Atlas of the Heart'.

We will explore our beliefs and experiences with our feelings while building connection.

Learn to navigate stress, anxiety, depression, pressure to perform, feelings of ‘not enough’ and difficult relationships.

We will practice mindfulness, coping skills, self-acceptance, friendship and support systems to better understand emotions while building healthy self-esteem. The group is a safe space to process and connect with other women.

We accept Cigna and United Healthcare Insurances as well as a self pay option of $40 per session.
